for the free placement of an expert
The following terms of use apply when you instruct us to recruit an expert via an Internet form.

2. Conclusion of the contract
The contract for the free placement of an expert is concluded by clicking on the button provided on the Internet form (“Request a quote” or similar). You waive receipt of a declaration of acceptance by Versicherungsengel. However, the conclusion of the contract will usually be confirmed to you by e-mail.
3. Subject of the brokerage agreement
3.1
The subject of the brokerage agreement concluded between you and Versicherungsengel is the selection of an insurance expert who appears suitable from the Versicherungsengel partner network and the subsequent transfer of your personal data required to fulfill the contract to the selected expert. There is no obligation to achieve a successful placement.
3.2
The services provided by Versicherungsengel on the basis of this contract are free of charge for you.
4. Duties of insurance angels
4.1
By concluding the brokerage contract, you instruct Versicherungsengel to select a suitable expert from your own pool or partner network based on the information you provided on the Internet form. Versicherungsengel will make reasonable efforts to meet as many of your criteria as possible. In individual cases, this cannot be fully guaranteed. This also applies if a specific offer is displayed as a result of a comparison, but there is no expert in the pool of insurance angels who can provide you with the displayed service. Versicherungsengel will then select one or more experts who, in the opinion of Versicherungsengel, come as close as possible to the combination of the criteria you have specified.
4.2
Following the selection decision in accordance with Section 4.1, Versicherungsengel will transfer the personal data you provide to the relevant expert (s). There will be no further transmission of your data.
4.3
Versicherungsengel's performance obligation ends with the transmission of your data in accordance with Section 4.2. Any further communication, advice or contractual commitment is exclusively between you and the referred expert. Versicherungsengel does not and has no influence on whether you can successfully receive another service from the expert.
5. Obligations of the user
5.1
You, the user, agree to provide only complete, current and truthful information on the Internet form. You also agree that the contact details you provide, in particular the email address and telephone number you have provided, are your own data or that you have obtained the legal consent of the owner of the contact details to be contacted by Insurance Angel and/or the experts selected in accordance with Section 4.1, also by e-mail and telephone.
5.2
You indemnify Insurance Angel from all third-party claims and from reasonable costs of legal defense, insofar as these third-party claims are based on a breach of your obligations in accordance with Section 5.1.
6. Comparison calculator and liability
6.1
The offers displayed in a comparison calculator always represent only a part of the services available on the market. When concluding the contract, Versicherungsengel strives to ensure that the service is as appropriate as possible for the user is always up to date, complete and correct. However, Versicherungsengel is not obliged to include all services available on the market and all tariffs in the calculations.
6.2
The services shown in a comparison calculator or Internet form do not represent a promise, guarantee or assurance. Only the provider's terms and conditions, which are submitted to you in advance of the conclusion of a contract, if applicable at your request, are binding.
6.3
Versicherungsengel is liable for intent and gross negligence, as well as, regardless of the degree of fault, for guarantees provided by it, for damage arising from injury to life, limb or health based on a breach of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent of insurance gel. In addition, liability for the slight breach of essential contractual obligations — these are obligations whose fulfilment makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on whose compliance the contractual partner regularly trusts and may rely — is limited to typical and foreseeable damage. The further liability of insurance angels for negligent breaches of duty is excluded.
7. Data protection
